1. Parents and students were informed about the project work to be carried out before the project started.
We informed students about the 2.Twinspace portal and the tools to be used.
3. The students were informed about the safety rules that should be obeyed.
4. It was stated to our parents that we work in an online environment, that the work we do can be seen by the project partners, but we follow the e-safety rules in photography and video shooting in order not to endanger student safety.
5. It was stated that the videos we shot during the event were uploaded to youtube, but the videos we uploaded are not open to sharing, but can only be seen in the environments we link to.
6. Based on all these, a parental permission petition was received from the parents.

  1. მშობლებმა და სტუდენტებმა მიიღეს ინფორმაცია პროექტის დაწყებამდე განსახორციელებელი სამუშაოების შესახებ.
  ჩვენ სტუდენტებს გავაცანით 

• 2.Twinspace პორტალი და გამოყენებული ინსტრუმენტები.
  3. სტუდენტებს ეცნობათ უსაფრთხოების წესების შესახებ, რომელთა დაცვაც აუცილებელია.
  4. ჩვენს მშობლებს განუცხადეს, რომ ჩვენ ვმუშაობთ ონლაინ გარემოში, რომ ჩვენი პარტნიორები ხედავენ ჩვენს მიერ შესრულებულ სამუშაოს, მაგრამ ვიცავთ ელექტრონული უსაფრთხოების წესებს ფოტოგრაფიასა და ვიდეო გადაღებაში, რათა საფრთხე არ შეუქმნას მოსწავლის უსაფრთხოებას.
  5. ითქვა, რომ ღონისძიების დროს გადაღებული ვიდეოები აიტვირთა youtube– ში, მაგრამ ჩვენს მიერ ატვირთული ვიდეოები გაზიარებისთვის ღია არ არის, მაგრამ მათი ნახვა მხოლოდ იმ გარემოში შეიძლება, რომელზეც ჩვენ ვუკავშირდებით.
  6. ყოველივე ამის საფუძველზე მშობლების შუამდგომლობა მიიღეს მშობლებისგან.
